Who we are. Raven Advance is a business funding broker. We help business owners review merchant cash advance and working capital options offered by third-party funding partners. Questions about this policy: maxim@ravenadv.org.
What we collect. The details you send us by email, phone or the contact form on this page (the form opens your own email app; nothing is stored on this site); and business documents, such as bank statements, that you choose to send us by email after speaking with an advisor. Please do not send bank statements, Social Security numbers, EINs or account numbers through the website form.
How we use it. To respond to you, review your business’s funding options, match your request with funding partners, keep records of our conversations and send follow-ups about your request.
Who we share it with. With funding partners only as needed to review your request, with service providers that help us run our business (such as email and scheduling tools), and when required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Your choices. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to maxim@ravenadv.org with the subject “Unsubscribe.” If you agreed to receive texts, reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Cookies and analytics. This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards, such as access controls and encrypted email services, to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
